"Walmart store is like others. Sometimes staff friendly and polite others time not in good mood. Products the same in all. This rate is for the auto care service, extremely slow, they have staff but move very slow, talk wasting time , pretend they are doing something, checking something etc. I work in a shop and I know. To change oil,filter and put or change tires .... 2 persons for a car (oil, filter and battery) and takes more than one hour and 10 o more minutes to complete it. That is not normal. And more than an hour to change 4 tires mmmmmm I will recommend to do a training to all staff and managers. They move cars and let them there will pretend they are walking to look for something or put something, grab a pen or something..... First and last time that I will do something to the car in this location. Manager appear 2 minutes and gone ... I saw several cars and how was the way to work. Extremely slow, very relax.... Poke face"
