"This pharmacy lacks motivation and customer service. I received a Rx missing an item. Called my physician to verify and their follow up was, this CVS denied receipt of my Rx (however I had so the day prior) and did nothing to follow through on researching it on their part. Plus the wait time is ridiculous."

"My son's antibiotic was sent in the early afternoon from his doctor. I stopped by to get it around 4:30 and was told to come back in 20 to 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told again to come back in 20 minutes. I called my husband and he stopped by an hour later and he was told it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow afternoon. I was very frustrated and called the pharmacy. Pharmacist said it was because it was out of stock so he transferred it to another CVS so I could get it tonight. I drive over there and waited on line only to be told they just got it so it won't be ready until the morning. I'm done using CVS."

"Absolutely THE WORST CVS store ever. Alot of the time the photo kiosks don't work properly, and there's no one there to be able to help you. Today I walked in to get a new thermometer and cough syrup, however the only thermometers they had left were for pediatrics and the shelves were a disorganized mess. There was no cough syrup anywhere, cough drops/lozenges were scattered all over and much of the merchandise were scattered on different isles not even conforming to where they should be. This store is a complete mess. Terrible. The managers and employees should be ashamed of themselves."

"This has to be the worst CVS on the planet. I get monthly prescriptions and it's an absolute hassle every month. This time I sat at the drive-thru window at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Mind you I was the ONLY person in line. Finally a tech came to the window, she was rude, unprofessional and hateful. Took forever to get my 2 prescriptions. She actually argued with me that I needed to give her my CC and was yelling out the amount I needed to pay. I kept trying to tell her that I have a card on file...but she just kept cutting me off. Then another lady came to the window - I don't know why - and she was exactly the same. They both seemed miserable and obviously hate their job. If it's that bad, then leave! I asked for the managers name and they both yelled out DAVID. Well DAVID needs to do something about this location and his employees. Maybe have a customer service training! Unfortunately, I have to use CVS because of my insurance. If you can choose what pharmacy, PLEASE do not use this one. Literally one star is too much to give this location. STAY AWAY"

"scheduled a DOT Physical at CVS on Louetta and 249, arrived checked in, the indian lady Dr. ask me a few questions , i pulled out my Drivers License and Medical insurance, she told me they dont take insurance ( STRIKE 1) next started asking questions about weight and health, im 6 foot 253 pounds A BIG GUY defiantly not fat, she says the BMI Chart is defirent ( STRIKE 2) but she told me there was no way she could give me a passing Physical because of my obesity ( STRIKE 3), LOL I'm a large man that works outside a lot, I'm not overly FAT , but by BMI chart i am . So 1 star for no insurance and calling me fat (3 Strikes). you be the judge i uploaded 2 pics...... and scheduled with my regular Dr. for next week. Rob, Tomball TX 9-15-22, dont waste your time or money if your BMI is over 32 on BMI internet chart ... lol"
