"Went to return some stuff and the employee at the returns counter only gave me a gift card for my receipt instead of to the original payment method. Also wouldn't accept another return telling me it was not "acceptable to return and it's their policy" when it was basically unopened. Extremely dishonest."
"Went to this store to pick up a gift for my nephew. Had 3 available online. Couldn’t find it in the store. When asking customer service- they said that people had bought item online so they had been removed from the shelves which isn’t reflected online. I proceeded to buy one online and then the number available went down to 2. So it seems that the customer service people are wrong- it is reflected. And that they have no idea where products disappear to in their store. A wasted and frustrating trip. Can’t trust on “in store” items being available or the staff understanding where products are."
"I’ve lived in this area for almost a year already and every time I go to this target it is so messy and unorganized. There’s clothes everywhere on the floor. The return section has boxes everywhere around the registers. It’s just way too cluttered in there. The curbside team is pretty quick. But other than that, this Target needs a deep cleanse."
"Employees in the check out and return center are very pleasant & helpful. I went shopping with my little girl today and we had fun picking out different styles of winter clothes for her since its now starting to get a little chilly. Starbucks is a must for us while shopping. They also price matched one of my item!"
"I decided to get out yesterday to my local target, however I wish I hadn’t. This store was extremely disorganized and I couldn’t find anything I was looking for. I attempted to get my children new clothes for this upcoming school year. I couldn’t find anything in its rightful place. There were clothes strung everywhere on the shelves, the floor, shoved into places it did not belong. I thought maybe I could try another area in the young boys and it was worse than the little girls area. I do not feel like this was okay. There were employees grouped together 4 of them, talking about their personal lives etc and when I had asked for help one person said they would help me. She walked off and never returned. I hope this problem gets resolved soon. I usually have a great experience here but yesterday I did not."
