"DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I’ve worked retail before but never like this, I immediately ran! First off they pay $13, but expected you to dress up in dress pants and formal to work. We are required to ask costumer if they want to sign up for the store’s credit card, you don’t get bonus or commission for getting any cards.They cut your hours, I was not scheduled for a single hour in 2 weeks in a roll and this happen many times not just me but coworkers I’ve asked about also. Manager can’t even manage their own time and make you stay after for talking instead of working. I was doing ship from store and a manager has to review it, Brinda knows that it was ready bc I told her so, but she decided to talks with the other managers while I packaged all order and ready to leave. She makes me stay an hour after for “not finishing” while all that time I was packaging, she could have review or say “sorry” instead of being unprofessional, errant and overall always bossy. Another thing is they want you to work a 2 person jobs. I was put in the fitting room on the weekend, this is when 2 people should be in there because it get busy. I got to have that “talk to” because I wasn’t walking the costumer to the room, taking their clothes out of the rooms, fold pile of clothes, and also go get the size they need with a line of 10 people. I got yelled at for not doing a 2 people jobs at once! Overall low pay for a super high expectations, managers think they are above you and disrespect you, no hours."

"Worst customer service ever! I wanted to buy a coat but out of stock of my size in store. A lady told me she can order it from online for me. I trust her and she insured to put my correct shipping address info. Then a week later I never received the package and found that it was returned to the sender?!! Called the store but a mean girl just told me she can’t help. Worst experience ever!"

"I feel some of the product's prices are high in comparison to product quality. The staffs at the store are not at all helpful. In addition, the cashier at the store asked me if I would like to avail 20% discount for that day's purchase, I need to provide some of personal information. Before that I refused to apply for Banana Republic Card. Yet, after giving all the information with my signature, firstly, they gave 15% discount instead of 20% discount saying the application was declined, and secondly, they applied for credit card without my permission and the bank made a hard enquiry on my credit, for which I was completely uninformed. Currently I am going through a lot of hassle without my fault. So, be aware while buying from this store."
