"A cashier didn't want to serve my mom because she saw that she was Hispanic and asked the cashier next to her to do it for her. Her partner said that she was busy taking care of me. She had no choice but to attend to my mom but she did so mean , she made a mistake in billing. She placed cash instead of a credit card by her own mistake because my mother told her that she was going to pay with a card and claimed to the coworker at the next checkout that it was her fault for not having served the Hispanic client (my mother). If her store's system is in English, (her language) , why the bad attitude towards the customer and the co-worker? It was her mistake with the same language that she speaks but in order not to accept responsibility for her mistake, laziness to work and not wanting to attend to a Hispanic woman, she preferred to invent the stupidest excuse about the language. The manager was very nice and then she took care of my mom. Never in years living in this country have I come across such an uncomfortable and sad situation! What is the customer's fault that she pushed the wrong button because she didn't read her own language well? It was an error of her fingers, not of language. Lazy and disrespectful people should not work with the public"
