"The store was very clean and organized. All the employees were very friendly and looked like they took pride in their job. They have great prices and a nice assortment, I will definitely be back! I only recently discovered this location, but it is great to have a convenient department store like this in the neighborhood!"

"I thought I was buying this hoodie on sale but at the register it rang up regular price so I went to take picture for sales lady but all she said it’s the wrong hoodie! REALLY?? To me a hoodie is a hoodie… oh and there were more of those hoodies by the sign but she refused to give me the sales price! Overpriced and the employees do not look happy to be working here. I was returning something so I had to go to the back of store and when I approached the counter no one was there. Then a sales lady came but she didn’t even acknowledge me and kept putting stuff up from dressing room. Finally after2-3 minutes I asked her where returns person was and she finally talked to me and said she was in bathroom. All she needed to do was at least acknowledge my presence and let me know someone would be with me. Then the lady came to do the return and she was on cell phone, no name tag and again not very friendly! I drove an extra 5 miles instead of going to Westheimer store but I will most definitely NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!"

"This is one of the best stores I have been in. I use to always feel a little impressed with this store, but seeing how much saving you can make it completely blew my mind. The price you see is most of the time never what you will pay for when they apply all the discounts. The bathrooms are clean, the emoyees are very welcoming. You can return your amazon packages there too. It can get any better than that."
