"This store helped me get my ideal passport photos taken so I could have a passport securely."
"New Management Needed!!! I went into the store for ice cream only. I didn't bring my purse inside, only had my debit card in my hand. I was planning to be in and out. I believe they have a HPD Officer as security. Well, he followed me to the frozen section and stood behind me watching my every move. Very Unnecessary....."
"Absolutely terrible. Do not use this pharmacy. They are completely irresponsible. They will tell you they have a medication just to get you to send your prescription to them, but when you send you prescription, all of a sudden they don't have it in stock and has to order it. And only then do they tell you that your insurance doesn't cover it if you get it through them. I had a prescription that our normal pharmacy didn't have in stock but was willing to order for us. I called this cvs to ask if they had it in stock since the medication was for an emergency. They said they did. 5 hours later, I get a notice that they don't have the medicine and will only have it in 3 days. And they are not contracted with our insurance!"
"This pharmacy is the worst. They LIED to get business without consideration of the patients! I had ear infection and my prescription was sent to my usual pharmacy at Walgreens, where it was out of stock but they were ready to order it for us. My husband checked this CVS and one pharmacist EXPLICITLY told him that they had it at CVS and would have it in one hour. At 5:00pm, still no word so we called and they told us they NEVER had it and the insurance DIDNT cover but they were “happy to order it” for me and that would be next Monday. Great! Now my medication was delayed even more! This is the worst. In my opinion, this is a CRIME. Somebody needs to regulate their behavior!!!"
"Restrooms are horrible no one has cleaned this restroom in weeks! Pictures tell the story you should have smelt it … cleaning products go a long way !"
