"Don’t go to this ross! My friend just got yelled at by one of the employees. She was casually browsing when she spotted some hangers on a 90% off table. After looking at the price and deciding not to buy them she set them back down, only for one of the employees to start yelling at her and demanding that she take them back to where they belong. She tried to explain multiple times that she picked them up from there and not from somewhere else, just for him to continuously say that she needed to return them to the proper spot. My friends mother had to get involved but the man continued, till they decided to leave. The employee was an older black man maybe in his 50’s-60’s wearing a green striped sweater."

"LGBTQ manager has the worst customer service skills. Employees try to avoid you when asking for help. This place is a mess. I would highly recommend a new staff."

"Lots of cute clothes for teenagers/ young adults. Lots of great brands. Lots of nice toys for Christmas. A great store, with a lot of variety. The area is safe, and there are lots of stores in the shopping center. I don’t usually like to go to Ross, but I like this Ross."

"Honestly the worst Ross I have been too. Although their range of goods is not too bad, it is just a filthy store. The bathrooms are horrible, so dirty, lacking in toilet paper and paper towels and just falling apart. The dressing rooms are falling apart, hardly no dressing rooms have doors, and the ones that do, don't have locks. So if you want to try on anything be prepared to dress in front of others. This store is falling apart. As for the checkouts, such long lines and only ever 1 or 2 people on the registers. So dissapointed. For such a busy location you would expect better."

"This store was packed with stuff when we went. Most of the store associates were kind and helpful, but the store associate at the cashier was so rude and treated our glass purchases like normal ones. And she ruined the gift that we were purchasing by crumbling the plastic cover and not even caring."
