"MAC Cosmetics - NEVER AGAIN! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at the Mac cosmetics inside Dillard’s and here it’s why. I booked an appointment for face makeup as later in the day I was supposed to shoot the video of my first single (for me an important deal). the makeup is ”free” with a mandatory purchase of $80, which is fine, it’s a good price still. First of all when I got there and told them about my appointment they started looking at each other not knowing what to do with me. Then when finally someone helped me, after waiting 10 minutes. The makeup was ok, I like the contouring, but i didn’t like the way she did my eyes. They were supposed to be smoky but they look very heavy and dark. Anyhow the lady put a lot of effort and I was determined not to complain much about it. The eye lashes were extra long - they don’t carry any natural looking eyelashes, weird. The true issue here was that when I went to make my purchase they didn’t have the foundation i liked, the one the lady put on me while doing my makeup. The foundation was the main thing I needed, it was the reason why I went to Mac and not Sephora or Alta to get me one. So at the end I had to get me another foundation, a color that doesn’t match my skin at all just to complete the $80 mandatory purchase. How is it possible to send your costumers home with something they don‘t need nor like? What am I supposed to do with that? I can’t us it! I rarely write bad reviews, but Mac @ Dillard’s totally deserves it. My first and last time there! NEVER AGAIN!"
