"This is a specific review of curbside. There has GOT to be a change here. You have to find a different place to locate curbside parking. It’s out of control to have 14 spots centrally located to the main entrance at a location this packed. Move them further in the parking lot or pay Twin Liquor to get some of their spots. Half of the spots here are occupied by empty parked cars that are not curbside order customers so maybe have someone policing that. Not nearly enough staff working so there’s not enough car turnover. Cars are waiting and it’s creating traffic. Come on HEB riverside. This is the only HEB I have visited around town that is failing at curbside. Take some notes from your bros/sisters at nearby HEBs. Aliana has it down. So does Fulshear."
"Dear HEB Customer Support, I regret to inform you that I experienced rudeness from cashier Haley during a recent visit. Her handling of a coupon-related issue lacked courtesy and negatively impacted my shopping experience. I appreciate Janie's assistance, but I believe there may be an opportunity for improved customer service training for the staff at this location. I hope this feedback aids in addressing service concerns in this store."
"15 years of shopping at HEB with my dogs, and today I get told I can't have them in the store. Pretty sudden and kinda arbitrary rule change there, HEB. Especially considering I walked past like 10 employees before one of your Karen's on the clock saw her. It's all good. Whole Foods is just down the street."
"The shopping carts wheels are all full of hair and it's almost impossible to push them straight. They are moderately hard to control and move throughout the store. The squeaking brings unnecessary attention from the entire store. i feel like im fighting a losing battle with those carts..."
"Purchased a rotisserie chicken salad sandwich on my lunch break, parked and ate it. More than half way through my last bite was super gritty, open up my sandwich and my lettuce was full of a brown substance. Took the remainder back to the store (within about 15 minutes or so from purchase) ask for a manager. When she came I showed her the sandwich, she didn’t seem to concerned. I informed her that I’m a nurse and would like an incident report done and would like to know what the heck I just ate. She took my information and the remainder of the sandwich stated they’ll send off for testing. As we were parting I myself had to inform her that it would’ve been nice to at least offer me a refund. Long story short I just ate idk what and I paid for it, with no compassion for if I’ll wake up in the morning deathly ill. Thank you HEB!!!"
