"The worst employees today I went to by some polos to my son then at the moment to pay we are just walking to the cashier and my little baby has a hat on his hands and the cashier ask us right away to pay the hat as we were to stole that hat. Then at the end she was the one who stole us because she charged one item that we even didn’t buy. Is disrespectful and she never said at least am sorry. Never coming back."

"Requires a phone call reminder and evidently 4+ hours to fulfill a same-day pick-up order consisting of one shirt. Rude employee who picked up the phone and disorganized store. Won't be shopping here."

"I went shopping at location inside first colony mall. No employee greeted us as we walked in. The store was a complete mess, there was no room to walk around. We were buying long sleeve graphic tees that had a sign on the table clearly stating 50%. As we were at the register the shirts did not ring up 50% off so we asked to correct the price. Cashier told a Co-worker that the sign was wrong and asked if she could change the price. She said no. My husband asked why, she said she didn't work yesterday. I don't know what that had to do with anything. I would of made a scene about it but husband said to leave it.. I've worked retail for 11 years. If there is a sign error you correct the price for the customer and change the sign. It is an employees job to make sure things are ready for the day. Ex: sign, figures, merchandise. This was my first time coming to this location and I'll never come back."

"Today I had a bad experience as well. Employees uninterested in helping, more like watching you and hiding from manager while sneaking on cellphone. I’m not sure why because he was walking through out the store loud on his cellphone. Didn’t know he worked there until he removed phone from ear to tell use someone would be right with us."

"I have shopped at this store for years and hadn't been in a while. Today I realized I may not ever go back. They have the best form of false advertising I have ever seen! 60% off already marked down items...the mark down was by 1 cent!!!! Of course the sticker was over the original price! I think this is quite disgusting. The sweet lady behind the register was struggling around the total chaos of mess and with the systems while the manager was just standing around on his phone. Didn't care about helping her or any of the waiting customers. Definitely gone down hill! Very sad to see"
