"This was not a ver good experience. The manager Shannen was not very professional. Seemed more like she just didnt want to be there. My girlfriend and I had been in the store roughly 45 minutes before deciding on everything we needed. We are participating in a program at church and she felt Forever 21 would have everything we need. Upon. Getting to the register. Ariel was extremely pleasant nice and patient. She rung us up for a total of roughly 60 bucks. Great deal for the items we picked up. We had her a 100 dollar bill and waited. Ariel checked the bill to be sure it was good. Rung us up and needed change. The manager told her she was unable to make change for a 100. She told us to go to another store and get change that she didnt have it. I said no worries. I walked around and looked. But nothing. No one was able to help. Upon returning. The manager was gone. And left Ariel to fend for herself while we sat there wanting the items we came for but no solutions. We finally took our money and didnt exactly as the manager ask. We went to another store. Went to another store and actually spent more money there. Since the clerk was a lot nicer. I am severely disappointed with the service. Good Job Ariel. But I wont bother with that store any longer."

"I usually don't leave reviews but I had the worst time at this Forever 21 yesterday. I usually go to Forever 21 without needing anything specific because I know it's not organized. However, I was in need of a plain black long sleeve top for an event last night and figured I could easily find one in Forever 21. I even checked online to see if Forever 21 had what I needed and they had 10+ options so I thought I would be fine. Unfortunately when I went to the store, it took me 1.5 hours to get in, find what I was looking for and leave because it was so unorganized. I asked three workers if they could tell me where to find the top and they all pointed me in different directions, without making sure I found what I was looking for. Needless to say, they were absolutely no help because I ended up having to get o through the whole store to find what I was looking for. Because everything was so unorganized I was finding random black shirts where they shouldn't have been and what was even more frustrating was that if I did find what I was looking for, there was only one and it was the wrong size! Then when I found a few options I went to try them on and the fitting rooms were a mess. There was no one there to give me a fitting room so after waiting for a few minutes I just went into an empty one. There were clothes everywhere. Because there was no workers outside telling people which fitting room to go in, two different women opened my fitting room to come in because they didn't know someone was in there. When I was done trying on the clothes, there was absolutely no room on the racks outside to hang what I didn't want. Please fix your store, Forever 21. Take some time to make it organized and please properly train your workers. Thanks."
