"I recently visited this big lots, I purchased my items and was patiently waiting in the check out line. Ten mins had passed and there was only one cashier checking out the two individuals who had a lot of items in their cart. I nicely went upto the associate, her name was JENIFFER and asked her if she could please call another associate to help with the check out as the line was getting long and also wait time. When the other associate came she said to her “please help the ladies as they are being very impatient and laughed”. I told her I was waiting for ten minutes before I asked her to call the other associate. The giggling and gossiping about me continued as I wasn’t even there. As I was leaving, I asked her to call the manager and this time she started talking back at me and telling “TO LEAVE/GET OUT OF THE STORE”. I walked out and smoke to one of the managers over the phone and I hope she gets disciplined and learns how to talk to her customers."
