"Same sentiment as a review posted a week ago. I went in before work in what has been a very stressful holiday season, not dressed to the nines. I bought a turtlebox for a christmas gift and was questioned on my way out if I had actually paid for it by a woman with a blonde bob that was speaking with another guest. Interesting way to treat a customer! Spend your $ elsewhere in SL."

"Come here if you feel like being profiled for not being of a certain class or race - who really knows ignorance? I stepped in not looking my best since I was hoping to peruse as I was early to a hair appointment next door. I was blatantly followed around the store from the moment I stepped in. I have never felt this way anywhere else. I still can't believe it and just left the store shaking as soon a the realization hit me. Shame on these women!!"

"Awesome customer service! I called this location today looking for a tote they had 2 plus years ago. The lady listened to my description and tried to find it in the store. After she searched the store she couldn’t find what I mentioned but gave me brands to look at online and even referenced the website. The call ended and I went on my search. Then a few minutes later she called me back to let me know they checked the system and found the tote I described. They no longer carry it but she gave me the name brand and I was able to search it and locate one. Thank you so much!!! Love this store!"
