"This place was my dogs groomer for years but over the past year they have got so rude out of no where. They said my dog had a skin condition & was highly contagious & wouldn’t take him if I didn’t get a vets note. They called me about 5 days before my dogs appointment asking if I had the vets note and at the time I was at work, & had to make sure with my dad that he took him to the vet to get the note. I talked to my dad & he said he had it, it wasn’t a skin condition, they said my dog got it from anxiety & prescribed meds. I left it at that waiting for my appointment date. They called me the night before while I was at work again leaving a voicemail saying my dogs appointment was cancelled because “I didn’t have the vet note” even though I did. I called back & no answer. I called back the following day & they said I had no appointment anymore bc they gave it away. Even though I had the vet note from the beginning. I had to wait longer for a new appointment. No apology or anything. Last time I took him in , they said they can’t take him anymore because he’s doesn’t allow his nails to be cut. Isn’t that what a groomer does? Don’t all groomers deal with difficult dogs? Isn’t that what muzzles & leashes are for? This groomers has gotten very rude & impatient. A real groomer will know how to make your dog feel comfortable and safe. Spend your money where the groomers actually enjoy & love what they do instead of just taking the easy ones for easy money."
