"The wonderful staff and housekeeping are negated by the fact that they do not hold unruly guests accountable, nor do they stop them from running and literally screaming down the halls so much my headboard shakes. Had pot smell in my room from across the hall and guests letting in 15-20 people in the back door. It doesn’t stop no matter how many times you call the desk. They need to ask people to leave and they do not, so I will be moving to another hotel. This is not a hotel to stay at if you are here on business. It’s the wild, wild west at night"

"Left a travel pillow there, called to see if it was still there…nobody’s used the room since we checked out 2 days ago but yet they don’t have my gray neck travel pillow. Checked storage, housekeeping…nowhere to be found. Told them exactly where it was left and still nothing, somebody in housekeeping obviously really needed somebody else’s neck travel pillow. Will be contacting management tomorrow regarding the thief they have working for them!"

"Although this location looks nice, there are various little things they need to work on, such as : The breakfast, the housekeeping, management, maintenance staff. The room we had initially gotten, the bedsheet had blood stains on them. The water in the bathroom runs extremely slow. The housekeeping staff doesn’t understand English so there is always was a communication barrier. Our TV’s YouTube wasn’t working and nor was our fridge cooling, upon complaining to the front desk, they gave us a number to call and fix YouTube ourselves and proceeded to tell us to turn the knob to cool off the fridge which was already on max cool. The breakfast does not get replenished, and they close the doors early. When you ask them to replenish any item, specially the coffee, they wait until the end time for breakfast, then close the doors. There were multiple guests in the breakfast lobby complaining about similar problems, so clearly we weren’t the only ones experiencing these issues. The playpen requested was broken & apparently only one is available. They do not have any cribs available either. Extremely poor service, the housekeeping & breakfast staff does not understand English & rushes everything. Cleanliness needs to be worked on. However, the front desk staff is helpful & accommodate as much as they are allowed to. Apparently this location has new owners & clearly they like to cheap out on services. Would NOT recommend."

"This is a nice hotel, nice kitchen and stove very practical for cooking, also the bathroom its big, it's my favorite part of my hotel room, front desk are helpful and polite, free breakfast, with plenty of choices, I would recommend this hotel."

"My review it's about my long term stay at this fine hotel I want to express my gratitude, for the staff working at the residence inn at bolingbrook, front desk they are always courteous and polite ready to help, kitchen staff, they always have nice warm breakfast plenty of hot coffee, and cleaning staff are always with a smile. maintenance crew took care of my heater unit promptly and efficiently, showed up timely very professional. there are many hotels in the area, and this is the third one I tried, and it's the best."
