"I’ve taken my pets here for years and I really liked it and the doctor is great. However, my dog had issue recently and I called them to bring her in but I was told that the doctor was out of town and she couldn’t be seen for a week. What kinda vet has a doctor that leaves for a week and they have no backup option. Front desk lady was very disingenuous. Similar to talking to a cable company representative. Very disappointing and I’ll be looking for a new vet and I suggest you do the same. It’s not a good feeling to be a loyal customer for many years and then told told to go elsewhere when you need them. Thanks a lot Maria"

"They were professional and gentle to my poor sick cat. It was an emergency visit and took him in quickly. I'm $700 lighter in my wallet but I would have lost him if I waited to see if he got better on his own. Results of tests will come tomorrow. A couple months later it was time for his rabies vaccine. We got right in at our scheduled appointment for a rabies shot. We were done after a quick exam and shot within 20 minutes."
