"This Walgreens in Lilly Cache Lane and Bolingbrook Drive is absolutely horrible. Today is Oct 5, 2023. The drive thru has been closed since 2 pm. I go inside and the line is long. On top of that the pharmacy technician was rude and said.. I don’t know who was here first but I need one line. Rude!! She could have said that differently. But this location is always slow with processing the prescriptions. They need more staff and someone who knows how to use the drive through."
