"I really enjoy the stay at this location. Though it is 2 star hotel , it has very neat room and good quality breakfast, also enjoy decoration style here. The hotel is new and clean, the staff are friendly. My experience here is better than some 3 star hotels I've stayed in the past."

"We used this hotel for a block of rooms for my daughters wedding. The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating the shuttles to the venue and providing welcome bags to the guests. It was a great place for our guests to gather before the wedding and the day after."

"We stayed here for one night and am glad it was only one. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly. The major downside is that the property was cheaply built. We could hear everything in the night! We heard talking through the wall, the TV through the wall, and the people above us walking around. We even put white noise on our phones and could still hear everything. If you're a heavy sleeper, then the hotel would make for a great stay. However, if you're a light sleeper like we are, we would not recommend this property."

"We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to Chicago. When I was booking the hotel, it gave me the option of choosing housekeeping during our stay, which I selected. After the first night at the hotel, I noticed it was not cleaned the next day. When I inquired about this I was told that the hotel only cleans rooms every three days and that this should have been communicated when we checked in (it was not). That said, this should have been communicated DURING the booking so I could have made a more informed decision. Our stay was not long enough to qualify for housekeeping services and we were told the hotel has only 3 housekeeping staff members. If that is the case, then you shouldn't book your hotel to capacity -- you should cap the bookings to ensure rooms are cleaned (but, of course, that means losing revenue). The hotel itself was modern and clean. Aesthetically I have no complaints. The staff was also professional. But moving forward, I will confirm whether a hotel offers housekeeping services, and at what frequency, before I book. The lack of cleaning was quite disappointing and I cannot stay at this hotel again if this remains their policy."
