"Excellent. My corgi puppy has never been groomed before and was overheating because he didn’t lose his winter coat. He is very very sensitive and will hold a grudge. Once, I put a squeeze flea/tick down his back (barely a dot) he wouldn’t look at me or let me pet him for 2 days. Suzy was able to trim him and blend his multi colored coat. He’s so happy and cool to the touch now. This photo is the same day he was groomed."
"I had a terrible experience with the last groomer I had been taking my babies to, it had been over two months since they had been groomed after the incident. Therapeutic Dog Grooming was SO flexible with scheduling which is a huge bonus for us. I had a family emergency and had to reschedule and she was more than understanding and got us rescheduled quickly regardless. I dropped the girls off, she met me outside and took them in. When I picked them up she brought them out to my car and they looked/smelled amazing. My Great Pyrenees mix has NEVER looked better. Her trim complimented her face so well, I could tell she had gained so much confidence after her grooming. Thanks again! ❤️"
