"Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with Salon Dog despite the good work they do. My dog was at the salon for 6 hours after dropping him off very early in the morning. When I called at noon to check on him, he had not yet even been cut at all. I understand my dog is big as he is a standard goldendoodle, and he often has a complicated coat that takes time that my husband and I could improve on brushing at home. However, 6 hours is a ridiculous amount of time given my dog probably spent the majority of the morning in a kennel."
