"I had faith that this company would fix my pool issue, unfortunately I was wrong! Kenneth took my money and never completed the work. He came out for a leak in my pool. He also tried to tell me I needed several different valves here and there. He started with the skimmer as the issue… he slapped sum epoxy on it and tightened the screws and charged me $200. My pool still was still losing water and he Said he would return the next day, he never showed. He responded via text… he SHOULD be able to return the next afternoon, needless to say, he never returned. He also stopped responding to my text messages! I would have appreciated if the job was not able to be completed then an honest reply would be the professional way to handle things. I DO NOT recommend this company. Kay Jay Pools should not be in business!"

"These guys took my mom for a few thousand dollars for her pool repairs and never did the work all they did was whine on how one of the brothers was sick and they couldn't make or now it was too far for them to travel....etc and they never paid back the money. I do know they are based in and or around the Joliet/Plainfield area. Me and my friends are looking. A buddy caught this pic but got caught at a light and lost them."

"Take your money and burn it or flush it but do not under any circumstances hire these guys. Take all those positive reviews as fake. These guys are the biggest fraud. They will lie and cheat you just like they did to my $600. First of all, they showed up late to my house and kept changing the appointment and based on my conversation with both brother, I presume they were intoxicated. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO GET SOMETHING DONE. There is civil case pending against these guys. If you need more info, you can call Romeoville Police department."

"Very unreliable! Last year they put the pool tiles in our pool, but within 6 months, some tiles fell apart. Ken and Rob kept on saying that they will come back to fix them, but they never did. After so many calls to them, we are about to give up on them. It's been going on over a year already! Nice enough guys, but we are very disappointed...."

"KayJay Pools installed a new liner in our inground pool and it looks great. We had recently moved into the house and the pool had been neglected for years. KayJay did an estimate and stuck to the agreed upon price. They explained what needed to be done and kept us informed all through the process. They problem solved a couple of challenges that occurred along the way due to the neglect of the pool. KayJay took their time and did the job right! We will hire them again to open the pool and can't wait for the upcoming swim season. We are very pleased with their work, expertise and genuine interest in pleasing their customers."
