"Stayed here five nights for business. One Bedroom Queen Corner Suite. Lots of room with a large desk, terrific stay. Note that room cleaning service is only automatic every other day; I did end up needing to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper restocked. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The hot options for breakfast seemed to be swapped out for something different every day. There is a gas station convenience store and restaurant within easy walking distance and getting in and out of the hotel to local highways was easy. Great hotel location. Note that I had originally reserved a King Suite and that room was small and cramped and noisy from highway noise. I swapped rooms during the check-in period. Consider asking for the quiet wing/side when making reservations or checking-in."

"I attended this hotel in early November for business purposes. This hotel was great, service was very accommodating and the continental breakfast was very tasty (their omelettes were worth seconds). Suite room was nice, I believe I was in an accessible room so the bathroom shower appeared less sophisticated from a visual standpoint but I could see it being great for someone who needs the additional accessibility requirements. Only real challenge in the room was that the bedroom in the suite did not have much lighting. This is off a highway so there's some immediate restaurants in the area such as cracker barrel and McDonald's. Within 15 minutes drive there's a plethora of restaurant options and the area is serviced by Uber as well. Definitely would return to Joliet and Townsplace Suites."

"I booked one room for 2 nights, but looking at my bill it's like I booked twice for one room each night. All taxes paid twice. Almost $40 in taxes each day, nice. My stay in a hotel on the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago didn't even charge me tax per day, just the overall total. Quite shady."

"The initial room we booked was missing the second bed. The very kind desk person moved our room. But the second room had a TV that's displayed in purple, which changing settings did not fix. The fire alarms were exposed and missing."

"Definitely a nice hotel. When I got into my room I was pleasantly surprised. However when I went to cook in the oven I hadn't noticed that the bottom of it was disgustingly gross. When I put my food in after pre heating the room filled with smoke. I went down to the front desk and was told they would come in the next day to clean it and they didn't. I went back down to the front desk and got some oven cleaner from them and did it myself. Then a couple days later I went to cook myself a cheese burger and there was no frying pan. Again went down to the front desk and after a few hours got a call saying they had no frying pans."
