Hampton Inn Joliet-I-55

"One of the cleanest, well maintained hotels I’ve stayed in. It even has the all important remote control for the TV as well as a TV guide with programs. Whipped cream for guest hot chocolate and a stack of ice scrapers. Staff and GM were the epitome of customer-friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to a mall and I-55. Thank you all at Hampton Inn - 55 Joliet I’M COMING BACK!"

"I just got home from a 2 night stay at this hotel. We were down there for a funeral so our moods were at a low but I must say not having to worry about anything when it came to where we got ready for this event to where we laid our heads at the end of a heavy day was a God send. The room was clean, beds were comfy, linens fresh and the customer service was above par!!! Julie is extremely pleasant and clearly enjoys where she works and wants each person who walks through those doors to have a great stay! On top of it I'm physically limited and I called the night before to request a room on the ground floor. I not only got that but the first room when walking from the entrance past the check in desk. I would stay here over and over again. Amazing job Hampton Inn"

"Had a great stay at this location . Room a were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. A huge shout out to Richard who makes you feel soooo welcome and is really wonderful… what an asset for the hotel chain. Need more people like this . Thanks Richard. Cheers"

"This hotel is fine for a night or two. Room was clean and overall the experience was fine. Complaints are that our toilet kept making a strange noise every 5-10 minutes, and our shower was out of shampoo. The walls are also very thin, as you can hear everything from above and around your room."

"Richard at the front desk was amazing and attentive. The breakfast had a good variety (even pumpkin spice waffles). Doesn’t have a hot tub so we splurged for a room with a whirlpool and it was great. Overall, very pleased!"
