"Went here to shop for stocking stuffers. We drove a little extra because they had The Little Red Donut Truck here. The donuts were awesome and fun as always. After waiting outside in the cold we went in to shop and asked to use the bathroom. We were refused. I will have to get my stocking stuffers elsewhere. Do all Ace Hardware stores do this? I might need to cross them off the list. I try to make sure I steer business their way because I like to support mom and pop businesses. Home Depot and the like let customers use the bathroom. Much more dignity."

"Went to get a spare key made for my daughter's car . Just one that will open the doors at least since the cheap car companies only give you one key fob for used cars. Joe made two keys both worked perfectly!! Terri and the other two ladies were very nice and helpful! On top of that I got some delicious popcorn!!!! Great customer service!!!!"

"- Will make you pay more for services, already paid for. Because they’re incompetence. ! I took in 3 screen doors a couple of weeks ago. The gentleman measured all 3 doors , checked the corners and everything else. I paid the price that he told me and went on my way. Today I went in to pick them up, was told that the guy that took care of me did everything wrong. He measured wrong and the corners needed to be replaced. Now I owe more money. When I said we checked the corners and asked if the guy that picked them up could have broken them she said “no he’s been in business a long time and secures them”. As if accidents don’t happen. The doors I brought in are a tan color and the corner piece that they unauthorized fix is bright white. Looks pretty stupid ! The lady that talked to me was not helpful at all, she was not letting the screens go. Now I have to wait till I get paid to pay a higher price that was originally told And paid. Why is it my fault you put someone in a position that doesn’t now the job. I did not authorize the corner to be repair (that was fine when I dropped it off). And she kept telling me “if I was there it wouldn’t have happened “. Sorry I don’t think that an excuse. Train your people better, managers and all."
