"Buying a pool? Don't expect any customer service once you pay the bill. We bought a 18ftx54 premium pool here in 2021 and spent 4600 on it. It already started rusting thru in the fall 2023 . I called them just recently to get the ball moving so the family can use the pool this spring. 2024. They basically told me too bad and gave me phone numbers and said call them maybe they can do something. After making those phone calls it's going to cost me another 2000.00 to fix this problem. That's 2 years folks..... on a pool that's supposed to last at least 20 years. Beware. You may want to look elsewhere unless you don't care about spending thousands extra on purchases."
