"I had a. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and I refuse to spend any money with these people or recommend any people of color to either. I was profiled and stereotyped by an employee at the door of the store before I was greeted. He was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. The manager and other employees that heard the comment was in disbelief. It was horrible for me and my children. Racism at its finest to say the least."

I am optimistic about this bed now, I already noted better assembly. Hopeful the materials hold up better this time around! Initial review: Bed rail broke under a whopping less than 200lbs. Garbage materials. Garbage assembly. Steer clear. I realized too late this is why the salesman was pushing the warranties so hard. He was trying to warn me about the quality. I've had better quality from walmart at 1/3 the price."
