"I was sold wings that were still raw and the night manager told me should he watch the cameras and see us eating the wing when we never ate any of them at all we had 7 kids and spent 300 dollar in the hunted trails when I asked who is above him he proceeded to walk away from me and my husband and when the night manager left the employee then told us her manager is so disrespectful to employees and customers and an employee named Tony approached me to give me my money back and Tony proceeded to yell at me and told me you can tell them my name to and began to get very hostile with me and I had a two year old child in my hand! I think that is ridiculous and unprofessional! I would appreciate it if the problems gets resolved I expected better service in fact more professional to have the title as a manager he should be able to resolve a situation calm and collected not so childish"

"I have been going to haunted trails since I was a child. I had my kids birthdays there. Now my kid has her kids birthday there! Haunted trails Joliet embraces What it is to be a family fun place. Every employee is super helpful and nice it’s very clean a great atmosphere wonderful games and attractions. Same wonderful family friendly feel as when I was a child and nothing has changed over the years. It was so sad that there was barely anybody in there on a Wednesday night when they have half-price games!!! They have some really good bargain deals! I will definitely recommend this place over and over again! Plus the pizza is always amazing!!! The manager who was on duty tonight was so super helpful and nice!!! Also the security there as well super friendly and nice!!"

"Haunted trails great place for adults and kids to have fun. The putt putt course is amazing. no pictures really didn’t go this time, but been before several times. batting cages laser tag kid rides in the arcade, even though one was shut down and needed repair. overall a fun experience. A little pricey though."

"Let me start off with a Big Thank You to Rosendo he's the Manager, if it wasn't for him this place would of gotten a one star!!! We came here for my nephew's birthday party and my niece. They have a room for birthday parties which is nice but other parties are in the same room as you it's not bad, you get in there eat pizza and cake and send the kids off! If you're looking to wear your kids out and have a good time I would definitely recommend coming here!!!! If you really think about it prices aren't bad at all and the birthday packages are pretty good! I'd rather have a birthday party here then Chucky Cheese. The games are pretty cool Adults can have fun as well!!!!! Laser tag was one of my favorite things to do. They have so much to do here my kids couldn't tell me they were bored!!! But now let's start with the fact that this place is ran by a lot of kids so if you have any issues I would recommend just to speak with the Manager save the confusion or whatever the issue is, it's not worth arguing with the staff they're young which isn't a bad thing, it might be good for the kids that come here they might feel comfortable having younger kids running the games and counter's. The pizza wasn't the greatest but people don't come for the food they come or the fun!"

"What a great place to explore for summer fun, I do not recommend in the rain. I say this because my trip was postponed by myself due to rain. I got to tell you the mini golf, baseball cage, games, food etc was fun. Love that everything is on a card to pay.I enjoy the fact you have in door fun and out side fun too. Word to wise..watch that step when exiting. Large step from out to down. I’m sure it will be looked at or fixed."
