"We sent our dog Griffin to TWB Dog Grove for about two years and were consistently impressed by the staff! He definitely isn’t the easiest dog and they always had such positive and professional attitudes and gave helpful updates about behaviors."

"We love The Watering Bowl, and so does our pup! She is always so excited and is always making friends. The staff is good about helping keep her calm, and we can request nap time for her as well. The staff is always nice when we come to drop our pup off and pick her up for daycare. They always ask if we need any services like nail clipping, which we do utilize. We have also used the boarding service as well for a week at a time while we were out of town. The watering bowl employees are good about giving reports and updates after each daily visit and will also give updates during boarding stays via phone if needed. They seem to really care, which makes us feel comfortable enough to have our dog spend time there. There is even dog training available. All in all, we recommend the watering bowl"

"Our family has been trying to set an appointment for our dog to complete a sniff around for boarding. This process has taken longer than I expected due to the team at The Watering Bowl not providing all the information needed in regards to her shots. We’ve spoken to several different representatives on 3 occasions that all gave us inconsistent information. I then spoke to a manager in which his tone gave, “I’ll speak to her just so that I can have it on record that I had a conversation.” Today we went in for her sniff around and the front desk rep did not acknowledge us and just gave us the document to sign. The rep that conducted the sniff around, was very unwelcoming and seemed to be uninterested to assist. She took her back and provided feedback: “she reminds her of a puppy, asked how long did we have her and that her hinds were sticking up after being approached by a dog. She stated that a dog walked up on Dixie, and Dixie snapped at the dog. Which is completely impossible to snap at a dog with a muzzle on. We heard the barking, however it didn’t come from our dog Dixie. We found that kind of odd, being that our dog has never displayed this behavior around other dogs. She later stated that due to the breed and history of our dog she failed the sniff around. Not sure what history she’s referencing but our dog has been around other dogs along with no history of attacking other animals. The rep was supposed to allow us an opportunity to observe our dog but that never happened. We feel that this was retaliation against us for calling to inform management on the poor service and communication provided to us attempting to set the initial sniff around. We also feel that we where discriminated because of the color of our skin. Just because you have a “Black Lives Matter” sign in window, doesn’t mean you really mean it!!"

"My dogs always come back EXHAUSTED. I take them frequently to this location and the STP location. Staff is starting to know their quirks. They’re so thorough on the meet n greet (sniff around) more so than any day care I’ve ever brought them too. I shopped around the STL area and The Watering Bowl was the best I found. Also love you can go in their Facebook page and see pictures of your dogs!"

"They take great care of our dogs. We’ve been coming here with our golden retriever and miniature bernedoodle for about a year and a half and the dogs love it. They come home exhausted. Plus the employees are always so enthusiastic when they greet the dogs. We board here when we go out of town. Highly recommend."
