"Rude, mistrusting, helicopter type staff. The lady at the cashier was staring at the security cameras from the register the entire time, and I saw 3-4 customers go over to ask questions during my visit. She gave as short a reply as she could so she could go back to monitoring customers. My siblings and husband were checking out all the pens, and I guess she was suspicious of so many people hanging out by the $2.99 pens that she rushed over as soon as my brother-in-law opened a pen to tell him not to write on the tables. Just really unfriendly approach and overall weird overprotectiveness for stationary products. Don’t be surprised if you don’t receive kindness from any of the staff here."

"I like coming here to get some of my One Piece and JJK needs and the prices are decent overall. That being said, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The last few times I’ve been in, there was no acknowledgement or anything, I don’t expect customer service all the time but it did feel like I was being bothersome."

"Store is a little over priced for the quality of stuff being sold. Their posted mask policy clearly violates the Governor’s current executive order and does not reflect the current CDC guidelines as of the date I visited this location (date of review). I am also cautious buying from stores that are strict on asking people not to take pictures in the store? The thing is this: with all their Rules signs and angry replies to people that don’t give positive reviews, I would simply shop somewhere else. There are plenty alternatives in the area."
