She took my inspiration photo and made it a reality beyond what I even imagined initially. She was incredibly kind and patient through the whole process and made my fiancé and me feel so well taken care of. She answered all our questions and made sure that my ring was finished in time for the holidays, and when it needed resizing, she completed the last minute job in time for our engagement party. Her commitment to her work and customer service is commendable and I cannot recommend her more highly."
