"On December 31, I bought my wife a gift of 14kt gold earrings. I liked the design but wanted 18kt. To which they told me that they could make an order for me and within 5 working days they would call and change it to 18 kt. I was happy and bought these earrings. For 5 days there was no call, after a week there was no call. After 10 days I came to them and asked why there was no call. To which I received an answer that such orders take about 30 days. After 30 days there was no call either. I came to them on February 6 to ask what was happening because all the deadlines had expired, the seller who said about 30 days pretended to be very busy.When another seller approached and started a conversation with him, he said that he was not aware, to which I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of service of this store. To which I heard that this is not his problem. I just wonder what problems these guys have, how to deceive more people? I will avoid this store as far as possible, and not only this one, but the entire Diamond Gallery network and recommend it to everyone, because when you make a purchase worth several thousand, at least you want to get normal service. Not to mention respect."

"Bad quality rings and bad service. I'm really not one to write bad reviews, and I dislike giving them, but I felt that this one was necessary. Recently, I bought a stacked double rose gold wedding ring with them, and not even two weeks later, they bent and were chipped and one of the diamonds fell out. One of the sides of the ring didn't even have PRONGS TO HOLD UP THE DIAMONDS. (Which is probably why it fell in the first place) The band for one of the thicker rings was completely BROKEN. The rings didn't drop, they weren't underneath anything heavy, nor did they fall onto the floor or anything like that. It was so odd how brand new rings were able to bend like that!! You'd think we'd be taken care of but instead we were told that it is "normal for diamonds to fall out" and that it's on us and we should have bought a care plan. (The care plan was like 200 dollars, I am a student in college and so is my husband, we cannot AFFORD THAT. In fact, My husband bought his wedding ring from the Diamonds Direct next door and they offered him a FREE CARE PLAN.) He then continued to say that we could have avoided this "argument" if we had a care plan. Everyone in this store was either Indian or Pakistani, and luckily, I also happen to be Pakistani so I can understand the language they were all speaking. My husband on the other hand is not South Asian. I started to speak in their language and told them that I came in here with my mom and my mother in law to buy a ring, and he cut me off saying: "Oh you didn't tell me your wife spoke Hindi!" To my husband and he immediately started putting the rings in a zipper bag saying he'll take care of it. He then proceeded to say: "Ah yes I remember you!" Sooo if I didn't speak Hindi/Urdu, I would've been treated differently?? With my husband he was stern saying that he'd take care of the ring "this time" but once I started speaking his language he'd "personally take care of it." ??? It didn't make any sense. They said our ring would be repaired in a week, after a week we called them for 3 days, and they didn't pick up once. So it's safe to say we didn't have a great experience. We went back a week later to pick up the ring that they "fixed" and the chip that was in the smaller ring was STILL THERE. It was a pretty big chip and anyone can see it with a naked eye so I don't know how they could have missed that?? The guy said he'd "take it back to the factory and would take care of it." And to come back in another week. I just picked it up today, and it was clearly irresponsibly fixed. I can clearly see the different colorer paint that was covering the chip in the ring. (The ring is rose gold for context, and I can see a silverish coating on where the part that was supposed to be repaired is) It's so obvious to point out, and it felt lazy on their part. Overall, we are not happy with the service we got, and we hope we don't have to come back."
