"Very unimpressed with the service here. Was very excited to look at bands for my soon to be husband and a whole set for myself. Rachel is who helped us. The entire time her face looked like she was judging us. A very obvious disgusted face. I felt like we were only being shown cheap options. The items I kept requesting to see kept being disregarded and just shown something else that she felt compelled to show me. I had styles in mind already and everything. Husband was looking around to spend 18-20k today. The experience did not live up to the reviews I saw. So if you want to be shown the door and not rings for your forever partner I guess go here. Definitely needs to learn don’t judge a book by its cover. Very sad that my first experience ring shopping for our wedding rings had to be soured by unprofessionalism. Definitely not impressed by this company if that’s how they treat customers."
"My husband and I had a great experience at Markham with Robert! We purchased my husband’s wedding band at Markham over a year ago. Recently, his band no longer fit after losing weight. Robert worked with us to send the band in to Gabriel and exchange for a smaller size for a small fee. It was a relief to not have to purchase a new one at full cost. Robert communicated with us throughout the entire process and was so friendly to work with. Thanks Robert and Markham!"
"I took my Michele watch in during my lunch break to get a few links removed. The staff was so kind and worked quickly! They answered all my questions about potentially upgrading my center stone on my engagement ring and showed me some beautiful loose diamonds with great prices! Will definitely be going back for an of my jewelry needs."
