"I had a graduation ring customized for my daughter at Kay’s and needed it to be resized. They few times I went to look at it the man working there was not so friendly. Not sure his name I should’ve asked. He’s a tall bigger man. He had a really bad attitude both times I dealt with him. On the day I picked up the ring he put the ring in a small jewelry dust bag when I asked him if he had a bag for it he told me that they didn’t give bags and walked away. I will never shop there again."
