"My husband has invested a lot of money in our jewelry. That’s why we appreciate the extended service plans and the diamond bond, especially for my wedding set. Zales also will inspect and clean pieces that were not purchased with them which I also appreciate because I do have some that was inherited, so it gives me piece of mind. However, when I took my pieces in for the 6 month inspection, the associate updated the paperwork and dumped them in the sonic cleaner, didn’t even look at them. When I asked about my necklace because I was sure a stone was loose, she told me I needed to tell her before giving her the jewelry. What’s the point of inspections if you don’t…inspect? Please go to the Allen outlets. I have wonderful luck with Lore and going forward will only see and trust her, at the outlets."
"This store is located inside of Stonebriar mall. I highly recommend you to come early when it is less crowded so you’re in an out. If you’re coming for a cleaning be sure you have all your information to make the process seem less. Staff is friendly and attentive. I’ll be back in six months for a cleaning.
