"Came in yesterday with my sister because she wanted to get her ears pierced. We worked with McKinize Thomas. She was super professional, explained everything, was super patient, and friendly with us. She answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable. I would definitely come back here and work with McKinize. She’s awesome!!!!!"
"Claires on 423 in walmart: OMG!!! WHAT A GREAT PLACE. Zanabner (I hope I spelled it correctly) was so super nice piercing my 9year old. Talked her through it, no tears, and gave her the rinse and detailed instructions. Lollipops and a discount to boot!"
"I went about about 2 or 3 weeks ago to get my ears pierced (i got my 3rd lobe done) and it got really infected and it had a awful smell I couldn’t stand. I cleaned my piercing regularly and I took it out to find blood and a huge bump on my ear I would not recommend going to this Claire’s at all"
