"Went to Jared to collect an online order today 3/2/2024, but ended up waiting in line, defeating the purpose of ordering online. The wait for a simple pick-up was 40 minutes. When finally assisted, the staff misidentified me as the wrong person before realizing she was wrong, causing confusion. Finally gave me the gift unwrapped that my wife order it was supposed to be wrapped I had no idea until I got home. Given this experience, we've decided not to ever visit Jared again. Great at Marketing, terrible at Customer Service."

"They are good teams there, good customer service. Always they helpful them cleaning it takes few minutes but it comes out really shiny I been going to this location for many years and it always great. I was so happy today when I saw my ring band cleaned and Shiney, and they replaced the missing stone. I'm happy."

"Got my engagement ring, wedding bands here. Service was decent during the process, but during follow ups (for resizing and general info) it was as if Noah didn't know us. He was extremely friendly before we bought our rings, giving us his cell number, but after, he didn't respond to any messages (I think I sent only 2) and so we went in directly and spoke to someone more seasoned. We were very happy with that experience. When I go back, I probably would prefer someone else wait on me. Noah also blamed us for them not having my rings back in time for the engagement photo shoot, although I called only a couple hours after dropping them off to let them know when the engagement photos were (about 3 weeks away at that point). During every phone conversation it was "well if you would have told us sooner". I get we might have mentioned while dropping off, but I called them later that day...They could have decided to not send out rings, but they did send out and they weren't ready in time for engagement photos. Really not a big deal, but it was the attitude I did not appreciate. Noah has a passive-aggressive way of speaking to customers when he thinks they're wrong, and that's why I won't do business with him again. I might even pick another jeweler altogether."
