"Absolutely incompetent employees at the pharmacy. Long wait times EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was told the prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. 3 hours later, it was still not ready. All Walgreens are the same way. Taking my business elsewhere."

"The pharmacy at this Walgreens is so poorly run. I had an appointment for 1:30pm to get a flu shot and COVID vaccine. I showed up 10 minutes early for check in, then I was told to sit down and wait to be brought back. By 1:45pm I asked the pharmacist how much longer it would be since it was 15 minutes past my appointment, she told me that appointments don’t matter if they’re busy, which they weren’t. In fact, no one was in front of me at all. I wasn’t taken back to get my shots until 2:30pm. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Lazy employees."

"This place was huge. They have a lot of products inside. They have different sections and areas. They have an area for products, clothes, grocery foods, cosmetics, and many other things. You can't easily find what you are looking for if you're new here. But there are staff who will guide, assist and help you if you need. You can easily check the price of every product without asking the staff since there are prices indicated in the inventory. You can buy it easily without any hassle. The bad thing here was they did not easily fill the empty inventory immediately. There are also less products on the inventory that need to be added. There are one left, two left, or three left products. It is not organized well. They will fill it so customers will be satisfied with this place."

"I had an appointment at 10:20am. I get to Walgreens on time and there was a big line, I told one of the workers that I had an appointment. She told me yeah get in line so by the time it was my turn I had obviously missed my appointment. So they tell me the pharmacist has just gone on lunch that I could wait 45-60 minutes or just reschedule. I left went to Jewel Osco as a walk in and got my booster on the spot.Way better than the service at Walgreens."
