"They did not want to work with my puppy because he had high- anxiety. Ask me did I want a refund - I said absolutely, please. Will never go back again! The owner has a Nasty personality. They had the nerve to contact my previous groomer to confirm my fur baby's anxiety level before they groomed. They didn't even ask my permission first! Wth."

"I’ve brought my dog to this place several times but this last time I did not like the way he was cut. I expressed my disappointment and I the worker also expressed that you wanted him cut short. She seemed to miss the other details that I included so I told her next time I would send a photo of how I’d like him groomed and her exact words were “send a photo because we aren’t mind readers” as a paying customer I don’t I agree with how she spoke to me so I asked for the manager. The manager backed her employee by saying she’s ok with what she said. I told her we can find other options and she said that would be best. I only choose to spend my money where it is appreciated and this place isn’t it. If I were you I’d keep looking for a more professional and trusted groomer."

"I have been taking my pups here since they opened & it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I have a super anxious pup & they’re so great with her that she loves going to get groomed now. I recommend you give them a try. The owner is absolutely amazing & a true animal whisper!"

"We have been taking all of our dogs to this groomer for the last 3.5 years and I recommend them to everyone!! They are super professional, kind, and have great pricing. They also are super friendly and remember me and the dogs, which is very personable. When I was pregnant, they were so kind in knowing who I was and offering help with the dogs and were extremely understanding when I got stuck at a doctors appointment. The dogs always come home smelling and looking their best. I don’t have a bad word to say about the pawber shop— they are awesome! You won’t regret taking your dog there!"

"I am highly disappointed in the The Pawber Shop change of policies. We have brought our Yorkie there a few times and what I loved about them is how caring and nurturing they were with each grooming. They even offered "facials" which left our best pup smelling and looking great. Recently they changed their policies, if you haven't visited in 6 months or more you are to pay a 25.00 deposit. Now this deposit DOES go toward the cost of your groom. When I asked why they said because people who don't see us often are often no shows at the last minute. I said that I didn't feel that this policy was fair because one they don't know all of their customers stories, for example my father became very ill and I was a caretaker and helped financially with his care before his passing in May, so we were cutting costs and groomed our pup ourselves. Prior to my explaining, the person I was speaking with said that my questioning was "making her feel bad" and that I was being rude. Being rude? I was asking to explain your policy and I was just trying to say why as a customer I felt that singling out customers based on when they last saw them was making me feel bad because I would have loved to bring my pup in but life changes happened. Needless to say she said I was no longer welcome to bring my dog there. I understand that no company wants to be left hanging especially in a service such as this. All I was trying to get at was if you are charging a deposit for one (and it goes toward grooming), you should charge for all. I am disappointed that I have to write this review because more than once I have recommended them to family and friends. I am not discouraging anyone from using them in the future, just disappointed that they were quick to pass judgement."
