"Alright so before I post this . I tried to have them work some out. They are giving me the run around so here we go. Woke up to a bed bug on my pillow. Tried to talk to lady in office and she didn't give af . Rooms are overpriced . Don't waste ya money or time ."

"Roaches, receptionist is VERY rude...stayed for a month and was always on time paying and she knew I worked nights yet complained when I didn't call in when I was 15 mins late for room.service ...THIS PLACE should be shut down. Many code violations socket in Room 16 sparks and toilet smells like backed up sewer"

"Awful they get no star and would never try to stay there again. I pray that this place gets out of business sooner than later. We have stayed there in the past but tonight was horrible. The rooms TV didn't work and the next room we got was awful. It had a extremely small TV and the bed was so horrible, when you sat on it, you were almost on the floor. When we went to the office to get our money back the young lady had calling the owner and he barred us from the hotel for no reason at all other than their TV didn't work and the rooms bed was horrible and the second rooms TV was so small and outdated this place is the worst and for $70 I went over to Super 8 and had a room with us TV microwave frigerator extremely clean I pray someday that this hotel gets out of business they are the worst worst unprofessional Motel Ever I am going to report them to every agency that I can and warn people not to go there we ran into an Elgin police officer and he told us that the city is trying to put them out of business for a long time so that goes to show you"

"Alright room. My room was smoking and I didn't know that. Heater works on max or not at all. Same with a.c.. room was 65 for me. If I payed with cash I would of got 10$ back. Sheets were dirty but bathroom was clean ish"
