"I came in as a walk in for my 2 kittens. It was a bit late however, I expressed my concerns and the front desk took us in. We waited in the waiting room and the staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful and filled with a lot of knowledge. The doctor was very careful and very detailed with explaining and answering all my questions and concerns. PS I was there with my children and the clinic was definitely kid friendly as well! Thank you :)"

"Horrible place. The main veterinarian is one of the coldest men I have ever met. He never actually diagnosed a beloved pet. He just pumped it with fluid. It died in pain in my arms. I couldn't get them on the phone for another pet, after trying many times. It died too. Don't choose a veterinarian by location. That was my first mistake. Go to Dundee Animal Hospital, which has lovely and caring vets. Your call is answered even in the middle of the night (2 a.m. in my case) and they will get you in the next day."

"We've been using this vet for years... The doctor and staff are kind and patient... Accept walk-ins during certain hours and/or your pet can go on the cancelation list (it works). They do make recommendations of care, but will work with you to understand and explain what the priority is for your pet. An added bonus... Over the last couple years they upgraded to a bigger newly built building on the same corner."

"I had to take our sick dog who wasn’t eating, vomiting and overall lethargic. Dr. Dhillion ran a serious of tests including X-ray, labs, and supplemented him with IV fluids and IV and subcutaneous antibiotics after wbc returned high. The vet technicians quoted me and contacted me prior to initiating any treatment. Yes, it can get pricey but I didn't feel that the doctor would just run any additional or unnecessary tests if he wasn’t concerned. Everyone from the vet technicians to the doctor seemed concerned for our Andy and were very pleasant, professional, and explained throughly. It is a walk-in clinic for pets and I did witness an influx of walk ins and phone calls while I sat there, deferring the pet owner to another local hospital. Some tend to get upset as they are deferred to another clinic/hospital but one thing to keep in mind (just like human healthcare) is everyone is working hard, endlessly and not enough time and staff in a day to continue seeing patients 24/7 as this isn’t a 24 hour hospital and the doctor already has full schedule for the day.
