"This is the worst pharmacy ever! After coming from the emergency care and waiting for an hour for the medication! The pharmacist said "it's not ready" then she comes back after 10 min to say they don't have this medicine. What the heck?! You're a freaking pharmacy! She then said WE have to call other Walgreens to find out if they have the medicine in stock! WHAT?!!! WE have to do their job?! She was not being helpful, my husband is in pain and your solution is to either come back within an hour or call ANOTHER Walgreens?? RIDICULOUS! this is WHY I prefer CVS 100% WAY MORE!"
"This is the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. They refuse to call patients when medications going to be delayed. They don't even update the system so you get automatic calls and yes my account is signed up for automatic calls the pharmacist has checked multiple times I do get calls when it's ready they are not doing this when my medication is delayed and this is a medication that I cannot come off of if it's not filled in time I do have to go to the ER and they know this I have given them over 6 months of chances and every single time they have made it an extreme headache for me and my doctor. Even my doctor who talks to 100s of pharmacies said this pharmacy is one of worst she's dealt with and she's never seen pharmacists be this uncooperative. The pharmacy manager is conveniently never around and you have to talk to the store manager who they are CONSTANTLY cycling through which just goes to show how horrible that store is to work for. Jewel osco is FAR FAR better. They actually treat you like a person and not a nuisance. I will never ever go back to this Walgreens or any other honestly. If you have chronic issues and need monthly refills that cannot be missed....DO NOT GO HERE."
"Worst service ever 5 hours ago they said prescription would be ready in an hour. Show up hours after that wait in the very slow drive through and NOT ready Now have to return and go into store and waiting over 1/2 to pick up Walgreens service is getting worse and worse. Never this problem at Osco"
"This is my favorite Walgreens. I've always found the customer service and managers to be friendly and helpful. I know people are writing in with complaints about the pharmacy, but from what I've read, it's not the fault of either the pharmacists or pharmacy staff. Sadly, the problem is at the corporate level when they're not hiring enough staff. Yet, it's been my understanding that Walgreens is making huge profits for their shareholders because apparently, it's all about Wall Street and not Main street and pharmacists, staff and managers take the hit."
"My fiance has been using this pharmacy for over a year now due to its 24 hour status. I would say that is the only thing they have going for them. Except all it means is you will spend 24 hours of multiple days trying to get a prescription with false promise after false promise and a complete lack of accountability as the prescriptions are never filled, at least not when they are needed. If you know you're going to need something, I'd suggest getting it ordered at least a month in advance. It probably won't help. And they'll blame you for dropping the ball. Every, single, time. She recently had to switch pharmacies because of an insurance change. And the new pharmacy spent multiple days trying to get her prescriptions transferred with no success. Ultimately forcing us to go to this Walgreens in person to get the ball rolling. Which, my god, I had a root canal done recently and it felt good in comparison to dealing with this Walgreens. And due to their incompetence delaying a refill, she requested an emergency few day supply of a drug she depends on from this Walgreens and they said it could be picked up later that day. Fast forward one full day and it was not ready. Not only that, but the next pharmacist refused to give her the emergency refill she was promised. These actions, or lack there of, are borderline criminal. People's health and safety are in the hands of these pharmacists and they couldnt give one single sh!t. I hope they don't sleep well at night. That may be harsh, but these problems are not one offs. We've given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again. Being nice after witnessing them get yelled at by other infuriated patrons. But the time for forgiveness and kindness is long since passed. Avoid this Walgreens if at all possible. I wouldn't be surprised if their complete lack of competence is due to them using half their pills on themselves. Might explain why they can never fill any orders. If there are any, respectable and honest pharmacists reading this, open up a 24 hour pharmacy across the street. Simply do your job, and this Walgreens will go out of business in no time. Any other person doing their job as poorly as the pharmacists at this location would frankly be out of a job. This pharmacy should not be in business..."
