"I have two cats. One of whom is EXTREMELY ornery whenever she goes for her appointments. They always make sure to be extra gentle with her despite that fact and it's extremely impressive."

"They do not care about your pet they care about financially ruining pet owners. If you get tricked into the wellness plan theft scheme they will tell you it's month to month. Then if you try to cancel it they will tell you you can't unless you pay off all the care your pet already received (one wellness visit apparently is about $1,000) I was apparently 2 months behind they didn't tell me until they canceled my account and threated collections. Two months they did not bother to call and say "hey you have a failed payment" just an email after they froze the account. Tried to make payment arrangements and was refused because I didn't have over $200 laying around to pay them. Long and short unless you're independently wealthy Banfield will screw you. They care more about ruining pet owners financially than they care about pets."
