"First off I wouldn’t recommend their Grooming service to anyone . I spoke with Thomas the store manager and he was rude . And told me don’t come back since I wasn’t happy! Wow! I went in for a bath, nail trim brush, cut and the whole package . Left with only a bath . My dog was still wet. They didn’t even try to trim hair down! Then they tried to over charge me . I’m so disappointed. I could have just bathe them at home for FREE!! The manager wasn’t in so I couldn’t speak with him. I pais 50$ just for a bath. What an expensive bath !"

"The groomers and technicians here are always friendly and eager to help and Sam grooms our Sheltie every few months. We always ask for Sam because she does an amazing and awesome job on our little fur baby, and we have been very satisfied with her experience and professionalism for years. She's the best!"
"Took both our nervous dogs in to get their nails trimmed and filed, and Carleigh was absolutely perfect with both of them! She had a great, calming demeanor with the dogs, did an amazing and very fast job on their nails, and had a very warm and welcoming personality with us. We couldn't be happier with her and the job she did, and how great our fur babies behaved with her! Both our girls have pretty pedicures now :)"
