"awful front desks with extremely disrespectable attitude. They made me calling 20+ GI doctors because they claim that it is a "waste of their time". By finally explaining why they can't make the call for me, I made the calls and found the doctors I wanted. I called the Omni medical center again to inform them I finally found a doctor. Then they tell me that they already send my referral to somebody else who's not even on the list, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely unbelievable."

"Me and my wife have been going to Dr. Li for over 20 years. He has always been attentive to our needs. We called the office this morning and left a voicemail about some medicine we had lost, he called us back within an hour even though the office is closed on Sunday asked what we needed and called in script for us while we were out of town. I was a victim of abuse by the said female staffs. That's a fact. It seemed to me that the Richardson office culture is abusive and toxic. "Without being very messy, you take the exam and it's hard for them to give you a result, they don't call, they don't send it by mail, they take a while to give you an appointment for the doctor to tell you the results, apart from that I was a patient in 2022 and 2023 and just today They call me to tell me that I owe a bill that if I don't pay today, tomorrow, which is the last, they send me to Coleccion. I never understood why if I continue to be a patient, they never told me that I had an outstanding balance that the insurance didn't cover, they didn't send me the bill by mail either. at home and they call with a lot of attitude, you choose you have three alternatives or you pay or in two parts and the third collection is rude, apart from the fact that the place is not clean at all and the staff is hostile."

"I came in for my annual physical and specifically asked them to test my blood type. I even gave extra vials of blood. Unfortunately they somehow forgot to test it. No one will take accountability, they just said “oh we don’t know what happened, you will have to come back and redo it” How does that even happen?? The people who work here are careless and they do NOT care about their patients health. Some people are in the medical business because they genuinely care about helping others. Not these people. My annual physical was done by a nurse practitioner, not an actual doctor, which is odd to me. Lastly, when it came to discussing my lab work, the doctor didn’t call me. It was the FRONT DESK lady who told me my lab results. Which goes to show how little these people value their patients lives. It’s actually sad how little they care. I would NOT recommend going here for any kind of medical advice or exam."
