"This place is tragic. I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. When I walked in, there were 12 people in line ahead of me and only 1 employee. I was there to pick up a package; once it was my turn, I was told the package was not there. I asked how that was possible when I received a notice directly from the PO to pick it up there (not to mention the tracking from the retailer said it was at the PO). I was told the package was sent back to sender. I again questioned that. Then, I was told my mail carrier would redeliver the package. I asked how that was possible when I was just told it was sent back to the sender?! Made zero sense. I felt lied to and like the employee just did not want to go and look for the package and get it for me. She then laughed, and quite frankly I just left. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this location."

"This post office is always so busy, and they never have enough clerks. The ones that are there are worked to death, and no one comes up to help them. I wonder where management is and why they haven't hired people. The very few clerks are always so kind even though they are always so swamped. Please get them help. It's been this way for far too long, and it's not fair to them."

"This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. We have not received our mail for 3 weeks after placing hold on mail. They can’t find it! When mail does come, cards are open and they have blamed that on another location! It’s a joke here! Also, the supervisor is absolutely NO help at all, she knows nothing about what’s going on. They NEVER answer their phones, just rings and rings then hangs up! I’m so disappointed this is my local post office."

"I too wish the USPS wasn't involved in the delivery of parcels. I ordered perfume for a Christmas Gift on 12/11/23 the company shipped on 12/11/23. I received a confirmation from the Post Office it was delivered on 12/14/23 @ 5pm. As if today 12/22/23 not received.hasn't been able to correct the delivery."
