"This hotel is good but Nick makes it GREAT! the current General Manager is very rude and has no type of hospitality his attitude is terrible! Nick and the women who work at the desk are very polite and helpful! I am greeted and get very great service whenever they are at the desk! They make this hotel better it wouldn’t be as good without them!"

"The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. All the wash machines are filled with black mold in the corners of the actual machine. Just unacceptable. Having to have clean work clothes is essential for me. This caused me to have to move to a different property. During my 9 day stay there the laundry wasn't cleaned once. I had to edit this & add that this falls on the GM of the property whoever it is. It starts at the top."

"I've been staying here for a few months and I've seen a lot of staff come and go. Nick is pretty new and I believe he is the thing that has been missing in this hotel. He is always attentive to what is happening while he is on duty, he shows compassion for the guests who stay here. HIs main priority is the safety of the guests. He shows that he really cares about his job and making this place better for everyone and honestly it's a better place with him working. I'm very satisfied with his service and I think he deserves more credit than he gets at work."

"I've been staying in kitchen suites for years. I've never seen one, before now, that charges $20-30 for dishes. What's the point of a kitchen if it isn't stocked with the basics? Pure greed. The blinds were broken. There was a small desk but no chair. No hairdryer. No breakfast, not even grab'n'go. Not enough towels and a strict towel "exchange" policy. The girl at the desk was understanding and truly wonderful but the hotel's vibe and policies are unforgivable."

"I was scared at first after reading some of the reviews but we had a great stay. My husbands job brought us to the area so we stayed a few months. They have a laundry room which was great 2.50 a load and very clean. It’s more of a long stay hotel, a lot of people actually live there and are very friendly. Love that all the rooms have full size refrigerators and a microwave as well as a 2 burner s and a sink. They have a towel service also unless you do not mind doing your own laundry. The manager of this location is amazing and very helpful and always there."
