"I have lived in the Osprey apartments for almost a year now. Their staff is always accommodating. When we wanted to move into a smaller unit, Linda accommodated us and went above and beyond to assist! Their amenities are worth the price. I love the year around indoor pool. The workout area could use a little updating, but works well if I want something quick. All around a good place to live."

"We were here for 4 years. The apartments are well maintained. The place offers a fitness center and lawn tennis court. It’s definitely a good place to stay while enjoying all the necessary amenities. Shopping stores and restaurants are close by. The staff members at the office were polite and friendly. We were disappointed with the construction of these apartments. We stayed at third floor and there are NO ELEVATORS in the building. Carrying groceries/ heavy items to the rooms from the car was cumbersome. The parking lots are at some distance and walking that length during snow storms were a nightmare. CLEANING THE SNOW again was challenging in winters. We also faced difficulty with package drop offs. If you are expecting a larger package then you have to collect it from front desk. So again you have to walk a distance in the cold weather. The dumpster was again at some distance from the apartment so carrying the garbage for disposal was an issue. So we decided to rent a condo and that was much cheaper than renting the luxury apartment. Pros: Multiple options with the floor plan Serene environment Garage option 24/7 maintenance help Fitness center Table tennis court Cons: Higher on price NO ELEVATORS"

"As soon as we entered the leasing office, the employee did not acknowledge us at all. She clearly saw us and did not say a word! We walked past her office which by the way is made out of clear glass, so she definitely saw us walking past her office. We took a quick look at the fitness center which is located right next to the leasing office. Since she still did not acknowledge us, we walked right into her office. The door was wide open and we did not want to waste our time there. There is no way she assumed we were going to the gym to workout because we weren’t dressed for the gym. We informed her that we were there to tour a unit. She then instructed us to have a seat on the waiting area. Prior to that, I spoke to an employee from leasing (over the phone) who said that they have walk-in’s available that day and that I may come in anytime before 6:00PM. After about 5-10 min., she returned to let us know that they do not do tours past 3:00PM. We were there around 4:00PM. I was told to come back tomorrow for a tour, but after thinking long and hard about it, I changed my mind. This first experience with their leasing staff is a dead giveaway of their lack of professionalism and customer service. People may have had a great experience with them, but it is unfortunate we came across that “one” staff."

"Great place to live. For the area, the rent is comparable to other complexes. Decent amenities, friendly staff. The maintenance staff are absolutely incredible, and I think there are some new faces in the front office which has helped bolster community communication and problem-solving. My one suggestion is that there needs to be more lights and security cameras installed around the complex area, especially given that the complex isn't gate protected. The parking areas and walkways are particularly dark at night, making people and their vehicles susceptible to those who may choose to lurk about. My husband's vehicle was unfortunately targeted for vehicle theft last weekend. He happened to be parked behind our apartment building in one of those dark areas, where many others park, mind you. To his dismay, he drives an older kia - which is incredibly sought after due to the USB carjacking trend. Despite this incident, living here is very enjoyable. The walkways are lovely and the lake behind the apartment complex is an absolute treat. We are very grateful to live here! I just wish there was better lighting and security. :-)"
