"Beautiful complex! You do hear a bit of highway noise the closer you are to Milwaukee Ave., but it's not annoying. Lots of dog owners walking their pups around on the walking trails. It's next to Great America, close to Gurnee Mills, and there's a Forest Preserve as well as numerous restaurants nearby. Ladies in the office are super- sweet and helpful, and there are a lot of amenities available."

"Pool 4ft deep, walls are thin and can easily hear your neighbors. I wish options such as valet trash could be removed. Trash on windy days will be flying around complex. Plus, the apartment itself was spacious, but the price became too much."

"The only good thing about this place is the office staff. They are nice and willing to help. However, the apartment itself is a disaster. The wall is paper thin and if you don’t live on the top floor, every time when your upstairs neighbors walk is like an EARTHQUAKE. I hear them doing laundry at 3 am every other day and my whole ceiling vibrates for two hours. Their dog runs like crazy between living room and bedroom almost every day at 2 am. I can hear the dog snoring every day. The noise from the road is actually fine compared to people who live above me. During the day time they keeping dropping stuff like 100 lbs on the floor. Avoid this place if you want to sleep at night."
