I just wanted to thank them so much for actually listening to patients when insurance is confusing, and helping getting the best prices. She listens when the CVS online portal messes up, and works until the issue is solved. This CVS is lucky to have her!"

"Everytime I come into this store the manager on duty is rude. I spend my money in cvs so I expect respect she walks around with her nose turned up. Don’t even ask I need any help at all. I will be calling corporate she is not management material at all!!"

"Last week I went to pick up my prescription. They told me "it's too early", which is an insurance issue, and I don't pay with insurance. I've already been out of my medication for two weeks. My doctor told me to call them and they should release it. Well it turns out, my medication is on back order. They don't even have it. And according to the pharmacist I talked to it's been on back order for a couple weeks, meaning I should've been told that when I showed up last week. Apparently it's "highly likely that the head pharmacist didn't even know", as if that's an acceptable situation. Absolutely pathetic."

"The pharmacy does decent work but I had one experience that makes me rate it lower. The pharmacy closes at 8pm and I arrived around 7:50 (I knew I was pulling it close). I was waiting in line for someone in front of me who took a long time getting there things figured out. I was the only other person in line. The car in front of me finished around 7:58 and I couldn’t have pulled up later than 7:59 but the lady working the drive through closed the window on me and then stood there while I sat waiting. I get it, you need to close, but I was the only other person in line and had sat there around 10 minutes. And then sit there where I can see you while I wait to see if they’d be so kind as to open the window. All I needed was a pickup that would have taken 1 minute. I’ve worked jobs like this, it’s not that hard to stay open for one more person in line and not close a minute early!"

"The pharmacy is not great. There’s an issue every time I go. Today I went to pick up medicine prescribed by the ER that was supposed to be filled immediately three days ago. Instead it was on hold for an unknown reason. I was also picking up a regular medicine that has a standard co-pay. Today that medicine was twelve times the cost but the person who processed it didn’t think to give me a call when it didn’t come up for the regular amount that is very obvious in my profile. That is where I am so frustrated with this pharmacy. They are supposed to contact you if something is wrong with your medication. THEY NEVER DO! So mean while you wait for an insane amount of time in their lines, only to find that there is nothing for you to pick up and that you need to contact your doctor, which you would have done days ago had they notified you. Absolutely horrible experience EVERY time. But my RX insurance MAKES me use them. If you have a choice, go anywhere but CVS. Most of them are like this now. Try Sands RX - they’ve been amazing!"
